Advanced Yoga training designed to expand on the training and experiences received in any 200-Hour training program.  

The focus of this program is on "living yoga", taking the skills and knowledge from our yoga practice and applying them to our lives to create harmonious health for ourselves, our families, and our students.

We explore the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of yoga through the following modules.  There are four required Modules, that marked with a * below.  The remaining hours, consist of "electives" so that you may tailor your education to meet your interests, and needs.  Similar to how a University has required classes, and the rest are up to individual choice.  That way, YOU create a program and major in your own specific area of passion!

Yin Yoga Certification ~ Levels I & II:

Whether you plan on integrating a few Yin poses into your Flow classes, or you plan on teaching Yin Yoga as stand alone offering, this training is for you!  
We will learn about the philosophy and benefits behind Yin Yoga, as well as relevant background information that will increase your knowledge and skill within this specialty.

Restorative Yoga Certification:

Whether you plan on integrating a few Restorative poses into your Flow classes, or you plan on teaching Restorative Yoga as stand alone offering, this training is for you! 
We will learn about the philosophy and benefits behind this stress relieving method, as well as relevant background information that will increase your knowledge and skill within this specialty area.

In this training you will learn:

- Benefits of Stress Reduction
- Usage of Props for Support
- Guiding Relaxation for Students
- Pranayama for Restorative Yoga

*Full certification requires a 200-Hour Yoga Certification with any registered YA school AND the completion of homework assigned at the training.

Reiki Level I and 2:

The Restore to Harmony 100 Yoga Hour Certification with Carole Westerman
 
It's the equivalent of six weekends taken over time, and is a very holistic approach to using yoga as a modality to well-being.
 
It will include components of Gentle/Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama. This training will be a culmination offering, drawing on Carole's 20+ years of experience with yoga, her Masters Degree in Psychology, her travels to India, and her various trainings in yoga.
 
The weekends involved in the certification include:
- Reiki 1 and Reiki 2
- Yoga Nidra Module
- Meditation Module (three to choose from)
- Restorative OR Gentle/ Chair Yoga Module
- Individualized Anatomy Module
- Integration Module (exclusive to the 100 Hour certification group only)
 
If you have taken any of the above modules already, they can count towards your Restore to Harmony Certification.
 
While anyone can take the first 5 components listed above, only participants in the 100 Hour Training can take the last one listed where we bring everything together.​​

200-Hour Yoga Training that really focuses on the roots and foundations of yoga, while welcoming in modern science and insight. We will discover and uncover, unpack and unravel, thousands of years of wisdom and learn how to apply that to modern day living and bodies.

It's a training that focuses more on the practice of yoga as a compliment to our lives, and as a mechanism of balance. There is an emphasis in this training on yoga as healing ~ less on yoga as "exercise". We will explore ways our practice can help us "evolve to harmony" leading to a state of integration in mind/body/spirit.

You may decide to take this training to deepen your own knowledge of yoga, and/or to help prepare you to teach group and private yoga.

Based on the classical teachings of yoga, and embraces all styles of yoga including; Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and more.

In order to keep the small group dynamic, and indivualized attention, this group is limited to 20 students.  

There will also be several Mentors (experienced teachers) serving in this training, as an adjunct to even more personal attention and learning opportunties.

Typically taken in 3 weekend modules.

2016 Dates: June 24th-26th, July 22nd-24th, and September 30th-October 2nd

Specialized training for women's health issues, including; moon cycles, fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and menopause.

We explore the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of yoga through:
- Asana for various stages of the female life cycle
- Modifications for various stages of the female life cycle
- Yoga for each trimester
- Anatomy
- The process of birth
- Birth as transformation
